Brussels is the second most cosmopolitan city in the world... and also the most cosmopolitan city in Europe!

We value diversity and the cultural openness it brings us. Our neighborhood is multicultural, yet quiet and safe.

The neighborhood is undergoing a major renewal, with new boutiques, art galleries, publishing houses and cultural centers opening one after the other.

At the same time, you're a 5' walk from Rue Dansaert, with its many trendy design and fashion stores. Rue de Flandre and Place Sainte Catherine are also just a short distance away, where you'll find all the restaurants and bars you could wish for, from experimental gastronomy to traditional brasserie, from quality fast-food to cuisine from all over the world!

The world's biggest Christmas market is also just a 5-10 minute walk from our house.

Transport links take you to every corner of the city, with streetcars, metros and trains all within walking distance.

The Gare du Midi and the main railway station are within easy reach by public transport or even on foot.
